Refund and Returns Policy

      The refund policy of ourĀ will provide details regarding the service in refunding the amount to our customers on their medication order and focus on their advantages. We do not refund for all medication orders. We have a certain set of procedures for refunding. Our refund policy will explain who can get a refund from our online pharmacy.

      You will be asked to send us a picture of your damaged products for the name of proof, after verifying it we will start the refunding process ahead. Upon your received return product, we will inspect it and send a notification that we have obtained your return product. Also, we will send a notification mail regarding approval or rejection of your money refund.

      If you are eligible, then your refund process will be started and transferred the amount directly to your credit card or genuine payment method within 25 days.

      If you do not receive payment within 1 month, first audit your bank account once again. Thereafter make a call to your credit card organization because it may take some time for them to transfer the money to your bank account even your refund is released and posted on your credit card.

      Eligible to get Full Refunds
      • A person who receives a damaged products
      • The parcel was lost during transit
      • Incorrect dosage of medicines was received
      • The ordered product is defective or lost during transit
      • The ordered medicine is past the sell-by date
      • Received wrong quantity of medications
      • Order package held up with customs

      Kindly note it that refund mode may differ based on the situations. If the refund mode is by Debit or Credit card orĀ Net banking, then kindly allow 5-8 business days for transferring amount to your account. If there is any delay in this time frame, then we are not responsible because most of the banks will process the refund amount later hence we do not have control over them.

      Eligible to get Partial Refunds

      In case if you are using some of the pills in a package and returning back some pills due to less effectiveness or not satisfied with it, then there will be a chance for you to get a partial refund. You have to mention this reason in a mail and send it to us as we processed your refund as soon as possible. Your refund will be processed with respect to the remaining pills you ship back to us.

      Exceptions to our Refund Policy
      • The damage that is occurred from your side while opening the package, then you can not able to claim a refund.
      • Sale products cannot be refunded.
      • We exchange the products in case you receive varied dosage yet we do not release a refund for this reason.
      • Refund is not applicable to the person who requests for some other pills instead of order prescription medicine after the shipment.
      • Products ought to be unused. Used Medicinal products will not be refunded at any cost.
      • In case if you do not claim a refund within 10 days of your shipment delivery, then your refund will not be processed.
      • People those who stop the Tramadol treatment and needed a refund for their medication will not be welcomed. We do not refund the amount for such cases.
